Investment Strategy

The investment strategy of the Evton Real Estate Fund LP was to create a diversified commercial real estate portfolio that delivered reliable, tax-efficient cash flow and capital growth.

The Fund invested primarily in commercial properties valued between $10 M and $25 M, located in key markets in Southern Ontario and the GTA.

The Fund made strategic purchases and then revitalized buildings and repositioned tenancy, making the properties more attractive to potential investors and tenants. This strategy was executed by a disciplined process of deal sourcing, value enhancement and financing, as well as asset and property management.
